Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Retail Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Retail Sales to achieve financial targets.
  • Analyzing sales data to forecast revenue and assess profitability.
  • Preparing competitive bids and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Staying informed about market trends to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Retail Sales Team to reach sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or 5 years of retail sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Experience with customer portals is advantageous.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in sales and customer service, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong understanding of management best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible hours.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Full-Time position.
