Position Overview:

In this position, you will work closely with finance, operational departments, and senior management to support annual planning and budgeting processes, monthly forecasting, and budgetary analysis. Your role will involve ensuring financial oversight and aiding in strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the management of expense and revenue performance, track operating costs, conduct forecasting analyses, and present reports on financial health while identifying areas for improvement within assigned Business Units (BU).
  • Generate monthly financial reports that include variance analysis against key benchmarks, capture financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and discern business trends.
  • Act as a resource and subject matter expert for Finance Business Partners (FBP) and Executive Leadership, providing functional knowledge and expertise to department management and external stakeholders.
  • Review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements during closing periods to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of forecast data consistently.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to guarantee precise recording of expenses and revenues.
  • Conduct complex financial analyses to identify issues, support business decisions, and formulate solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Finance or related fields is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in P&L analysis, and advanced spreadsheet modeling are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent writing and interpersonal abilities are desired.
  • Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for various audiences, including C-Suite and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing competing demands, meeting deadlines, and adapting to change quickly.
