Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated HVAC professional to become a Maintenance Sales Representative in our Florence, SC office.

Responsibilities

  • Seek new customers for service work and PM contracts, as well as assist current management with proposals, customer relations, and selling work to current customers.
  • Consult and investigate key business opportunities with a large range of customer contacts.
  • Design and plan product solutions with internal resources and supplier contacts.
  • Generate proposals and cost development sheets.
  • Develop methods, create, and give presentations.
  • Research and network within various industries and with various customer bases.
  • Develop and anticipate trends.
  • Be actively involved with team and self-development.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, business development.
  • Experience with mechanical HVAC and building automation systems.
  • Good rapport and network with clients and subcontractors.
  • 1-year experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet browsers.
  • Able to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience related to sales demonstrations, sales meetings, and customer negotiations.
