Bottler Business Development Specialist Job Summary: Monster Energy is seeking a skilled Bottler Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the bottler business results in an assigned geography and being responsible for the success of company initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bottler Business Results: Lead the bottler business results in an assigned geography.
  • Company Initiatives: Be responsible for the success of company initiatives including but not limited to bottler sales and execution, implementation of national and local marketing programs that will drive market share and exceed budget targets.
  • Utilization of Tools: Utilize all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and capabilities to maximize productivity and results in their assigned market.
  • Participation in Business Unit Crew Drives: Participate in business unit crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration or related field of study.
  • Experience: Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Additional Experience: Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer packaged goods (CPG) field.
  • Computer Skills: Computer operating skills in and outside of an office environment to include handheld devices.
  • Certifications: Maintain an acceptable driving record in order to be covered by the company's insurance carrier.
