Ferguson Builders, an award-winning Design-Build remodeling firm in Greenville, South Carolina, is seeking a skilled Project and Production Manager.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our project management team. As a Project and Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from scheduling to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage production scheduling, processes, and team meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Maintain daily logs to provide clients with visibility into project progress.
  • Prioritize tasks and assign work to team members or trade partners to optimize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate team members to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in management software, Microsoft Office, and Google products.
  • Able to work 40-50+ hours per week, including occasional travel and in-office/in-field work.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include holidays off, vacation/PTO time, health benefits, 401k match, company gear, tool reimbursements, team building events, gear share, and profit sharing.
