Through programs led by a compassionate and results-oriented team of professionals, CLARE|MATRIX has established itself as a leader in Evidence-Based Treatment practices, continually achieving positive outcomes and engaging in community outreach and research.
Summary: The Call Center Representative plays a crucial role in providing phone coverage and generating interest in CLARE|MATRIX's treatment programs. This position involves engaging with potential clients and their families to facilitate admissions. Responsibilities include answering pre-admission inquiries, conducting phone screenings, scheduling intakes, and assisting clients in understanding their insurance benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone coverage during assigned shifts
- Generate interest in our treatment program offerings
- Guide callers through the treatment process and help overcome barriers to treatment
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings and current census
- Conduct timely follow-ups with qualified clients to ensure admissions
- Exhibit a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to potential clients and their families
- Effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate insurance verification results to clients
- Discuss payment options with clients and their families
- Refer callers to appropriate facilities outside of our network when necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience in counseling within a substance misuse treatment setting is preferred.
- High School Diploma (Associate's degree or higher is preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the chemical dependency field, either over the phone or face-to-face with clients.
- CAADAC or related certification is a plus.
- Strong computer and telephonic skills; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client focus.
Medical Requirements: All employees whose roles involve client interaction or food preparation must complete a health screening report or questionnaire upon hire. Residential employees will require a health screening report signed by a medical practitioner. Outpatient employees must complete a self-report screening questionnaire.
Physical Demands: This role requires effective communication skills, including talking and listening. Employees may need to sit for extended periods, use their hands for tasks, and occasionally stand, walk, or reach. Vision abilities required include close vision.
