About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our team at BankTalent HQ. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers at our Pueblo Downtown branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of balancing and record-keeping.
  • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a range of services, including account opening, loan payments, and money transfers.
  • Resolve clients' problems through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in cashiering, customer service, or balancing.
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
  • Strong balancing and customer service skills, with the ability to cross-sell bank products.
