About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our team at Synechron Inc. As a key member of our IT Risk & Security Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting technical pre-sales and providing expertise to clients on critical projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Identity Access Management solutions, including Authentication, Authorization, and Entitlement Management.
  • Develop and maintain complex IAM systems, ensuring seamless integration with public cloud, SaaS, and internal enterprise infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in highly regulated environments.
  • Participate in sales engineering, presales support, and client-focused pitches and proposals, showcasing your technical expertise and thought leadership.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in consulting, with a strong background in Identity Access Management and highly regulated environments.
  • Deep expertise in Authentication, Authorization, and Entitlement Management, with hands-on experience working with IAM tools like AD, Entra, LDAP, ForgeRock, Ping, Sailpoint, Savyint, Okta, and CyberArk.
  • 5+ years of delivery and architecture work with IAM tools, covering human users and system accounts, with a focus on enterprise-wide IdP integrations, SSO configurations, authentication policy, and entitlement management policies.
  • Demonstrable experience in Security Assessments & Assessment Frameworks, covering IAM, PAM, RBAC, Least Privilege Access, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Strong familiarity with Risk Assessment Frameworks, including ISO27001, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, CISA, and CRI.
  • Advanced knowledge of Zero Trust principles across Identity, Data Protection, and Network Segmentation.
