Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Business Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by providing financial analysis and planning support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of financial results for the State, Regions, Areas, and cost centers.
- Budgeting: Prepare financial plans in accordance with strategic plans and corporate targets.
- Field Finance Liaison: Provide assistance to corporate finance and accounting staff with the development of systems and approaches that address company requirements and are responsive and sensitive to field needs.
- Business Process Management: Understand the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the company's financial situation.
- Process Improvement: Design an alternative business process workflow, implement the solutions, and supervise the execution process.
- Continuous Improvement: Get feedback/comments on alternative business process and act upon them.
- Software Development: Stay up-to-date with developments in relevant software in the field and identify areas for improvements and business issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in finance, including reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Skills: Highly organized and independent, with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and knowledge of Power BI.
- Software Experience: Experience with iServe, Smartsheet, SalesForce, Dayforce, and Zycus is a plus.
- GAAP Experience: Experience with GAAP is a plus.
- Full-time Position: 40 hours/week.
- Hybrid Schedule: 1 day in office/4 remote.
