We're proud to offer a competitive compensation package, with a national average hourly wage of $24.50 and uncapped commission potential. Our sales consultants make an estimated average maximum of $58,000 per year, based on a 35-hour work week. Pay includes a base rate of $11.00/hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You're entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under applicable state law.
