Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office staffing, operations, customer relations, and logistics for offices
  • Create associate work schedules and work with the District Manager to ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management
  • Execute approved marketing campaigns to drive business growth
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with clients and ensure they receive exceptional customer service
  • Generate and transmit daily operational reports to the corporate office
  • Fulfill ongoing tax training and testing requirements
  • Implement client-oriented product initiatives approved by corporate
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and partner with the District Manager to resolve associate issues and address performance concerns
  • Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to office associates
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and in compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Strong decision-making and judgment skills
  • Ability to delegate and provide coaching to team members
  • Ability to grow and develop associates in a fast-paced business environment
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Flexible to work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Must have a PTIN or be eligible to receive one
  • Sales experience is a plus, as is language ability
  • Minimum 3 years previous tax preparation experience required or Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position requires working in an office atmosphere and supervising office employees. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
