Customer Service Assistant - Canterburry

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and contributing to a passionate and friendly environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations
  • Create visually appealing food and counter displays
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  • Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a strong enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
  • Displays a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Is an excellent team player with strong communication skills
  • Has a safety-first mindset and is committed to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Has experience in a similar catering-related role, although this is not essential
