As a key member of our team, the Production and Chemical Operations Specialist will play a vital role in delivering high-quality products to our esteemed customers who have relied on the Lincoln Electric brand for generations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Execute general labor tasks related to the production and packaging of products, which includes placing components or finished goods in designated bins, mixers, presses, or other machinery. This role requires meticulous completion of labeling and documentation associated with production, alongside performing quality checks on all assigned tasks.

– Collaborate effectively with computer-controlled equipment designed for extruding, wire drawing, winding, and packaging materials. Prepare chemical compounds or other components essential for the production or assembly process, which may involve set-up, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment. This position may necessitate mechanical aptitude and spatial awareness, along with continuous manual engagement including grasping, pushing, and pulling.

Adhering to Best Practices:
– Maintain strict compliance with quality standards and consistently follow written work instructions and production specifications (e.g., scales, dials or gauges, charts or tables). Understand, follow, and enforce all risk reduction procedures, including the use of specified protective clothing and safety equipment as required.
