We are seeking a highly skilled Escrow Officer to join our team at Lennar Title. As an Escrow Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing and closing of escrow transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process all documents associated with the closing of escrow, including title reports and insurance policies.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and customer service.
- Coordinate with branch and escrow managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Obtain and review title reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Disburse funds and reconcile discrepancies between instructions and title reports.
- Train and supervise junior associates in office, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and escrow transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with Good Funds Law and other relevant regulations.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Notary license required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
