Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide total care for residents, including feeding, toileting, and skin care
  • Record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Conduct range of motion exercises as needed
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition or behavior

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong desire to work with the elderly, be trustworthy, and maintain confidentiality. A current Kansas certification/registration to practice and CPR certification are also required.
