Boilermaker Foreman Lead

We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker Foreman to lead and manage our construction crew. The successful candidate will have a strong background in boilermaking and supervisory experience.

• Plan, coordinate, and organize crew activities to ensure safe and efficient construction.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Train and supervise crew members on safety procedures and operational protocols.
• Monitor and report on job quantities, productivity rates, and time sheets.
• Develop and maintain a positive crew attitude through regular communication and safety briefings.

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in the field.
• Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill in boilermaking and supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with changing weather conditions.
• U.S. Driver's License may be required.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a construction environment with exposure to changing weather conditions, noise, and dust. The ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds is essential.
