Experienced Drainage Foreman

LRE Foundation Repair is a leading provider of foundation and concrete repair solutions, committed to delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to lead and manage our drainage installation projects. As the foreman, you will oversee and direct all aspects of drainage installation projects, including planning, execution, and final inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Direct all aspects of drainage installation projects, including planning, execution, and final inspection.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of laborers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Installation Expertise: Lead the installation of various drainage systems, including landscaping, downspouts, channel drains, and French drains.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to industry best practices and company protocols.
• Site Management: Manage job sites to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the work schedule.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and hours worked.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight occasionally is required.
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime required.
• Ability to use applications and programs on a handheld device.
• Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English. Bilingual is a plus.
