Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Consultant Specialists, Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our Computational Catalysts group, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying machine learning models that transform the drug discovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and scale machine learning algorithms to solve complex research engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, computational biologists, and data engineers, to solve complex problems.
  • Develop solutions that allow stakeholders to interact with and analyze multimodal datasets.
  • Work closely with other engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and built with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record with 4+ years of experience developing and applying ML models in an industry setting.
  • Proficiency in Python, experience with Weights and Biases, and MLOps workflows.
  • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as JAX, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, and Tensorflow.
  • Strong background in statistics, probabilistic modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
