Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models in production environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and best practices.
  • Contribute to core research engineering challenges, including the design, implementation, and scaling of machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with research scientists, computational biologists, and data engineers to solve complex problems and build innovative solutions.
  • Develop solutions that enable stakeholders to interact with and analyze multimodal datasets.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record with 4+ years of experience developing and applying machine learning models in an industry setting.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with Weights and Biases.
  • Strong background in statistics, probabilistic modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as JAX, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, and TensorFlow.

Preferred Skills: Python, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, TensorFlow, AWS, Weights and Biases.
