We are looking for a proficient and meticulous SAP Business Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing modules, particularly in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), materials management, warehousing, and inventory oversight. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting our manufacturing operations through effective SAP module deployment and ongoing refinement.
Key Responsibilities:
MRP and Materials Management:
- Evaluate and articulate business needs related to MRP and materials management workflows.
- Set up and sustain MRP configurations in SAP to guarantee precise and effective materials management.
- Collaborate with production planners and supply chain personnel to enhance MRP capabilities and processes.
Warehouse Operations:
- Deploy and oversee SAP Warehouse Management (WM) solutions to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Work alongside warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, and picking.
- Ensure precise and real-time inventory monitoring and management through SAP.
Inventory Oversight:
- Design and maintain SAP Inventory Management (IM) settings to facilitate effective inventory oversight.
- Track inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce stockouts and surplus inventory.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
System Support and Enhancement:
- Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for SAP manufacturing modules.
- Identify areas for process improvements and system upgrades to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate user training sessions and develop documentation for SAP processes and best practices.
Cross-functional Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, finance, and IT, to align SAP solutions with organizational objectives.
- Participate in project teams for SAP upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as an SAP Business Analyst, particularly in manufacturing modules (MRP, materials management, warehousing, inventory).
- Strong understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules.
- Familiarity with SAP PP (Production Planning) is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in relevant modules.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
