Job Description
BHCHP seeks an EMT/Harm Reduction Technician to work in our harm reduction tech role at medical respite facilities. The ideal candidate is compassionate, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality clinical care using a harm reduction approach.
- Direct Clinical Care: Provide direct clinical care to patients, adhering to established policies and procedures, as well as Department of Public Health regulations.
- Supportive Care: Offer supportive and non-judgmental clinical support for patients with substance use disorder, consistent with harm reduction principles.
- Team Collaboration: Function as part of a team that includes clinical staff, behavioral health social workers, and case managers.
