Home Health Aides needed. Part time, Live in or Live out (hourly) No certification to start working. We offer the accredited online NJ CHHA course to employees for only 399.00 out of pocket. This covers all course materials, and unlike other schools who take your money and leave you hanging at the end, We submit all your paperwork to the state for you. There is no confusion as to what you need to do. We do it all for you and keep you posted as to status of your license once the Board of Nursing receives.

Al candidates for the Home health Aide position must have a valid Drivers License and a RELIABLE CAR This type of job requires you  be able not only to get the to the client's home, but also to run errands as needed. Right at Home Reimburses all mileage, travel time, tolls, parking and Fuel ( see Marie to find out how)

Right at Home caregivers work local within their own community. They also are afforded a flexible schedule that works best for them and their families.

Patient to caregiver ratio is ALWAYS 1 to 1 so you will not be burned out and you can really get to know your patient and their familiy

Right at Home offers non medical home care  so you will assist with ADLS ( Activities of Daily Living) These may include Hygeine, Bath shower and assist with dressing, medication reminders and organization, meal preparation, Light housekeep, Emotional support and friendship. Assist with grocery shopping or errands such as doctor, hair dresser, etc, assist with care of family pet, walk dog or let dog out, clean litter box. Fall protection, assist with ambulation, toileting, Social activity, movies, cards, watch TV, board games, puzzles, gardening, painting, baking, cooking, and so much more. Share your interests with your elderly client It's a great way to bond

Free Uniform, ID Badge, and all supplies.

Total support from a friendly caring office staff who want to help you build a successful career

Short shifts of 2 or 3 hours, Monday to Friday or 7 days

Average shift 4 to 8 hours, up to 12 hour shifts.

If you are currently not yet certified as a CHHA or CNA you must be available for day shifts, if you are currently in a course or already certified we have day, evening, or even overnight shifts available. 

If you are an experienced Full Time LIVE IN caregiver, Right at Home has quick placement. Our live ins are always given their own room, bathroom, an all groceries are provided free of charge. We also provide all transportation to and from your live in case. Live in the home with your elderly patient and keep them safe at home and well cared for.  weeks on and one week off rotation. Live ins get paid breaks and meal breaks as well. 8 hours sleep, uninterrupted minimums. Live ins with out of state license okay
