Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze financial models for potential and existing portfolio companies
- Conduct due diligence, including market research and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
- Assist in the deal-sourcing process and investment execution
- Support senior members of the investment execution team across the entire investment process
- Prepare materials for Investment Committee presentations
- Manage portfolio performance, including operational and financial tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
- Experience working on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Exceptional financial modeling and Excel skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
