Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Extended LPN/LVN to join our team. This role will provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in skilled long-term care and possess a strong understanding of BCLS certification requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in AK or eligibility for licensure
- At least 1 year of experience in skilled long-term care
- BCLS certification required

Additional Information:
This role requires reliable transportation and may involve floating between different units within the facility. The facility may call off the traveler up to 1 shift per pay period. Candidates must be able to start immediately and begin the license process as soon as possible.
