About the Job:

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Long Term Care LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our extended care facility. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in skilled long-term care
  • BCLS certification
  • No additional scheduling restrictions or requirements
  • Reliable transportation
