Key Responsibilities:
- Assist local and remote staff with both technical and non-technical inquiries.

- Configure and support mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones.
- Set up and maintain Windows laptops.
- Monitor and process daily service requests through our ticketing system.
- Document solutions in our internal knowledge repository.
- Administer user credentials, including password and MFA resets.
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct research for solutions.
- Escalate issues as necessary.
- Analyze usage data and generate reports.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and O365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a friendly and patient demeanor.
