About the Role:
CSM Tile Co. Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tile Industry Helper to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will assist experienced installers with various tasks, including mixing materials, preparing surfaces, and installing tile. The successful candidate will have excellent physical stamina, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant work experience in the construction industry. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, maintaining a clean workspace, and stocking rooms as needed. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the tile industry, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist installers with flooring installations
* Prepare surfaces for tiling and other finishes
* Mix materials and grout as needed
* Stock rooms and maintain a clean workspace
* Provide exceptional customer service and support

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift heavy materials (60+ pounds)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic tools and transportation required

**Salary:** $17-$26 per hour, depending on experience and knowledge. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, Simple IRA retirement plan, paid time off, and standard holidays off. Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts, with overtime as needed. Saturdays may be required during peak months.
