The Field Marketing Coordinator is a key role within Andersen, responsible for driving quality leads and reinforcing our brand identity. This individual will manage representative staff for our Events, Retail, and Field Marketing Programs, ensuring seamless execution and monitoring of our efforts.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and monitor events, retail, and field marketing programs
  • Manage non-traditional marketing teams, including events, retail, and field agents
  • Develop and maintain training materials, monitor employee performance, and conduct regular evaluations
  • Ensure accurate lead entry into our CRM and maintain good relationships with events/show and retail partners
  • Maintain all records, contracts, and agreements related to events/show and retail activities


Requirements:


  • Great interpersonal skills and a team player, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, potential customers, and retail management
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and work independently
  • Drive to succeed and meet goals, with exceptionally effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details
  • Proficient in computer usage and software applications, including MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to motivate others to success and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for a long time, lift 50 pounds, and have reliable transportation
  • Must have a flexible schedule
