Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and communicate effectively with clients and customers.

  • Identify target demographics to effectively promote our clients' offerings.
  • Compile and present market research findings to both entry-level and senior Promotional Marketing Teams.
  • Foster leadership abilities throughout the entry-level experience.
  • Enhance brand recognition through tailored marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to drive sales growth and build brand loyalty.
  • Consistently deliver results to clients and achieve set objectives.
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with various assigned projects.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
