We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team at SF Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security efforts across the company, implementing ISO 27001 standards, and ensuring the effective management of IT security risks.
Key Responsibilities- Work with outside consultants to conduct independent security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and mitigate security risks, and ensure the implementation of security controls.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on IT security best practices and procedures.
- Represent the company in IT security-related projects and initiatives, and ensure the effective management of security-related incidents.
- Technical knowledge of information technology and security issues.
- Experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of information technology and information security principles.
