Our ideal candidate embodies leadership qualities that enhance the experience for team members, customers, and the community, emphasizing the importance of human connection.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members according to operational requirements.
  • Facilitate training for new hires, providing constructive feedback and support for ongoing development.
  • Encourage a positive work environment through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  • Work with management and HR to address any personnel issues.

Customer Service and Operational Excellence:

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on positive interactions.
  • Anticipate customer needs by assessing the store environment and responding appropriately.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Complete opening and closing procedures in line with company standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.

Health and Safety Standards:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation and hygiene are upheld.
  • Monitor food safety practices to comply with health regulations.
  • Stay updated on health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Train team members on health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding safety concerns.

Financial Management:

  • Accurately complete daily financial reports.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure transaction security.
  • Monitor digital transactions for accuracy.
  • Resolve issues related to payment systems efficiently.
  • Assist customers with payment options as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or food service.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
