Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
- Manage medication orders, ensuring age-specific considerations for medication safety.
- Process and prepare sterile products for dispensing.
- Participate in inventory management and pharmacotherapeutic plan processes.
- Manage own pharmacy practice effectively and supervise healthcare team members.
- Contribute to goals, programs, and report cards for the unit/department/hospital.
- Provide drug information and education.
- Participate actively on inter and intra-departmental committees.
- Maximize safety and efficiency through appropriate use of automation.
- Complete assigned goals.
**Requirements, Preferences, and Experience:**
- Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
- Experience: Preferred one year of hospital pharmacy experience.
- Licensure, Registration, Certification: Minimum PHARMACIST-FOR APPROPRIATE STATE.
- Special Skills: Preferred Advanced computer order entry literacy, Microsoft Office applications, clinical experience.
