Homecare California is seeking skilled caregivers to provide exceptional support to our senior clients.
We are specifically looking for male caregivers capable of assisting with heavy transfers, as well as female caregivers who can transport clients to appointments and run errands.
All candidates must be proficient in performing essential Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which include but are not limited to: bathing, showering, incontinence care, medication reminders, exercise assistance, meal preparation, and cooking.
The ideal applicant will possess experience in working with individuals suffering from conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Hospice, and Stroke.
Scheduling is flexible and varies according to client needs, with opportunities for night shifts, overnight shifts, daytime hours, weekends, short shifts (4 hours), and longer shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours).
Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $25.00 per hour, in addition to any applicable benefits such as paid sick leave and health insurance. The compensation range provided is a reasonable estimate based on current circumstances and may vary.
