About the Role:
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of financial plans, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership. You will also lead a finance team, mentor staff, and make recommendations to improve financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
Oversee profit and loss management, payroll, and HR-related financial processes
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings
Lead and mentor the finance team
Create, analyze, and present financial reports
Enhance financial systems and processes
Contribute to planning strategies for business growth

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
At least five years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in related industries

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
Bonus: based on performance
Benefits: PTO, health, life, dental, vision insurance, and retirement accounts
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as required.
