Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Residence Inn Seattle South Renton. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions, while also providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Financial Reconciliation: Review and verify daily transactions, including cash handling and posting charges to guest receipts.
• Guest Services: Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with all shifts and departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

• Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to guests.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and type.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
