Night Auditor

At Residence Inn Seattle South Renton, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our daily transactions.

• Review and reconcile daily transactions, including guest receipts and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with all shifts and departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Previous customer service experience, with a proven ability to thrive in an overnight shift environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Competitive hourly rate: $16.28-$20.50/hour
