About the Role

Main-Land Development Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maine Professional Licensed Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our land surveying team, you will be responsible for managing and executing various survey projects, including residential boundary and site/civil development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute survey projects from start to finish, including project planning, proposal development, and project oversight.
  • Conduct deed research and perform calculations to ensure accurate and reliable survey results.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in surveying technology and techniques.
Requirements
  • Maine Professional Land Surveyor Registration.
  • Progressive land survey experience, including field work, deed research, and office calculations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a survey-related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Carlson Software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other relevant surveying software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
