Job Title: Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server Representative to join our team at Dave and Buster's. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unparalleled experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fast, friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager.
  • Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the Micros system.
  • Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables.
  • Work quickly and efficiently, adhering to our Full Hands In, Full Hands Out philosophy.
  • Assist other team members as needed and participate in all incentives and contests.
  • Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Must be skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
  • Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, and accurately conduct credit card transactions.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
