POSITION SUMMARY: Supports Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Waitstaff by ensuring cleanliness and providing essential assistance to facilitate prompt, friendly, and accommodating service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivers an exceptional Guest experience by combining top-notch food, beverages, and entertainment in a lively atmosphere perfect for celebrations.
  • Follows all safety and sanitation protocols established by the company.
  • Maintains cleanliness of bus stands and ensures proper stocking.
  • Keeps wait stations tidy and organized.
  • Empties trash and performs spot cleaning as needed or upon request from management.
  • Handles opening and closing tasks, including the breakdown of events.
  • Restocks and prepares supplies for shift transitions or closing duties.
  • Ensures food is properly garnished before serving to Guests.
  • Adheres to tray handling procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery of food.
  • Busses and resets tables efficiently.
  • Delivers food to tables and ensures Guests have all necessary items.
  • Assists Guests by clearing dishes and glassware, and refilling drinks.
  • Helps with event setup as needed.
  • Maintains restroom cleanliness, including restocking supplies.
  • Cleans high chairs and booster seats.
  • Provides support to fellow Team members as required.
  • Must maintain a friendly demeanor and smile while working various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with Guests and Team members.
  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
