About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Real Estate Senior Sites Specialist to join our team at The MITRE Corporation. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate team, you will be responsible for managing the Real Estate infrastructure and related business processes to support our FFRDC goals and our sponsors' mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical lease dates.
  • Assist in the creation of the business case presentation for any site that needs a lease decision.
  • Participate in project management meetings and provide meeting summaries and manage follow-up items.
  • Serve as an integrator between site leaders and the CRE Sr. Sites Manager to obtain and organize change management activities for sites projects.
  • Execute site-related activities with key internal and external vendor partners.
  • Ensure that all service deliverables are executed by external vendor partners.
  • Coordinate with the finance business partner to support with the monthly tracking of site budgets.
  • Manage the content of the internal sites webpage to ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • Assist site leaders with questions on budget allocations, vendor inquiries, and requests for additional funds.
  • Maintain key organizational tools and references including knowledge management tools and various document repositories.
  • Assist in the updating of project files, plans, budgets, and policies.
  • Provide ad hoc task management and execution support including but not limited to – briefing and presentation development.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, project management, finance or appropriate/relevant field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
