Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director - Architecture to join our team at CPL Architects Engineers Landscape Arch & Sur. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and participating in business development efforts to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and landscape architects, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including marketing and sales activities, to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and business performance.
Requirements
  • BS (and/or MS) in Architecture or related field, and at least 12 years of experience in architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Professional licensure (RA) is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare is preferred.
  • LEED and/or WELL accreditation is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and areas of growth within the architectural industry.
  • Deep expertise in design specialty.
  • Ability to foster a creative design environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
