Job Responsibilities:

  • Ford Certified Master, Senior Master Technician, or Transmission Specialist.
  • A-Level Technician.
  • Comprehensive vehicle inspections and repairs.
  • Expertise in adhering to Ford's diagnostic protocols.
  • Outstanding diagnostic and repair capabilities in line with manufacturer specifications.
  • Skilled in servicing various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical components for gas, diesel, hybrid, and electric models.
  • Ability to accurately diagnose and rectify issues on the first attempt.
  • Providing training, guidance, and motivation to fellow technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Ford Certified Senior Master Technician designation.
  • Preferred: Current Ford certifications; candidates without must have less than four years since last employment at a Ford dealership.
  • Exhibits a high level of positive energy.
  • Operates with integrity and transparency.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, dependability, and professionalism.
  • Previous experience with diesel vehicles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to train and mentor junior technicians.
