About You In Home Care is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality nursing services in a supportive environment.

As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in our team, delivering direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments as per physician orders, closely monitoring patient health status, and assisting with procedures and treatments.

You will also educate patients and their guardians about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.

Nursing Care:

  • Assess and monitor the health status of patients, including vital signs, symptoms, and overall response to treatment.
  • Educate patients and their guardians on health conditions and treatment plans, emphasizing preventive care strategies.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans for each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and participate in relevant training and development opportunities.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and a patient-centered approach to care.

Competitive hourly pay of $30-$32/hr.
