Join Scale AI's Finance Team

We are building a world-class Finance team to drive strategic, financial, and operational decisions at Scale AI. As a key member of our team, you will partner with leadership to make informed decisions, drive growth, and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support Scale AI's growth objectives, including strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Own weekly and monthly financial reporting, KPIs, presentations, and other critical analysis requests.
  • Create internal executive reporting, including close, financial reporting, investor reporting, and management presentations.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of financial analysis experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance.
  • 2 years of investment banking experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills, ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); expert Excel modeling skills.
Nice to Have:
  • A Bachelor's degree with a major in finance or accounting.
  • 2 years of management experience in a corporate finance role.
  • Experience in SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience with Anaplan and/or Adaptive Insights.

Scale AI offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$210,000 USD, depending on location and experience. We also offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. Please note that our policy requires a 90-day waiting period before reconsidering candidates for the same role.
