About the RoleFinancial Planning & Analysis
  • Analyze and report on corporate financial results, operating performance metrics, and develop comprehensive financial models to support long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis.
  • Establish business relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic thought partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the annual/quarterly planning process, including revenue forecasts, headcount plans, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to building, improving, and maintaining our financial planning system.
  • Provide analytical support for all finance-related activities, including Excel modeling, report generation, and coordinating with teams across the organization.
Finance Operations
  • Build and automate scalable financial systems and processes.
  • Oversee and manage finance/accounting operations, including financial reporting, invoice management, month-end/quarter-end close, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with external consultants, accountants, and vendors.
  • Support policyholder accounting for both internal and external reporting.
Strategic Initiatives & Investor Relations
  • Analyze strategic initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare reporting deliverables and presentations to communicate the company's performance and strategy to the leadership team, Board of Directors, and investors.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics to inform financial strategies and GTM plans; leverage insights to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, accounting, or related fields.
  • You're deeply knowledgeable about financial statement analysis, including advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

  • You're detail-oriented and have deep analytical rigor.
  • You have an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality and an ability to deal effectively with ambiguity to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
  • You're a team player and have a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and executives.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
