Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Document all interactions and interventions, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance crisis intervention skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Completion of an approved program of formal education leading to a practical nursing certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, with a strong focus on providing empathetic and supportive care.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, including de-escalation and conflict resolution strategies.
