Job Description

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care to adult patients in a private duty setting.

About the Role
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop patient care plans.
  • Implement and revise patient care plans based on evaluation and changes in patient condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with G-tube and Trach care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
