Job Overview

Salary: $75K - $90K


Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend all subcontract agreements, conditions, and specific scopes of work.
  • Manage the receipt and distribution of Requests for Information (RFIs) for designated scopes, ensuring all changes are communicated to subcontractors as necessary.
  • Establish and oversee the project closeout process.
  • Document and circulate meeting minutes as instructed by the Project Manager.
  • Collaborate effectively and maintain clear communication with trade partners.
  • Work alongside the Superintendent to ensure compliance with Contract Documents.
  • Engage in learning construction methods and terminology from experienced colleagues.
  • Become the authority on all assigned scopes of work.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring understanding of inclusions and exclusions.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently as assigned.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with various tasks, including buyout, billings, cost control, quality control, and change proposal pricing.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with field staff, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Proficient in software applications such as Navisworks, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, including overhead lifting.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical motions.
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously.
  • Requires adequate vision and hearing capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate permanent and temporary stairs and ladders in construction areas.

Training and Certifications:

  • Completion of CCI Annual General Construction Safety Training.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • OSHA 10 Certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time exempt position, which may require occasional evening and weekend work. The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000, depending on experience. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
