Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting power and radio/communication construction projects, reviewing and editing inspection checklists, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our Quality Programs and Construction Controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and evaluate work performed by field crews to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
  • Review and edit inspection checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure the quality of work performed on assigned projects meets contract specifications and/or typical industry standards.
  • Document quality control activities and ensure accurate tracking of material quantities.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure adequate support from the Quality department.
  • Identify and report any work that is in noncompliance with specifications or standards.
  • Contribute to the improvement of quality systems internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Travel requirement: 100% travel to sites throughout the Pacific Northwest.
  • Minimum educational background: Associates' Degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: 1+ year.
