About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team at Osceola Heritage Park. As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial or housekeeping work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
